#株式会社きのえね は「 #料亭きのえね 」という #飲食業 と「 #ホテル久喜 」という #宿泊業 を営んでおります。
そろそろ、就活も終盤にさしかかってきましたね。皆さんはどんな会社・企業で仕事をしようと考えているのでしょうか？
世代が違えども、やっぱり楽しく仕事はしたいですよね。
弊社では、一度は就職したけど、挫折してしまった方、新卒で頑張っている方、定年近いけどもう一度仕事をしたいと考えている方などなど、理由は様々ですが、一生懸命に仕事をしています。
また、まだまだ全部の職種で有給休暇を年１０回、取得することは、出来ていませんが、部分部分の職種では、年１０回の有休が取れ始めています。
また、シフト制なので、希望休を募っています。必ず叶うわけではありませんが、その様な取り組みもしております。
きのえねでは、皆が笑顔になるために、色々と挑戦し、工夫をしております。

Even though we come from different generations, we all want to enjoy our work.
In our company, we have people who have once found a job but have fallen behind, new graduates who are working hard, people who are close to retirement age but want to work again, etc., for different reasons, but they are working very hard.
Also, although we have not yet been able to get 10 paid holidays a year for all positions, we are starting to get 10 paid holidays a year for some positions.
In addition, as we have a shift system, we are inviting people to apply for their preferred time off. This is not always possible, but we are also making such efforts.
At Kinoene, we are trying various challenges and innovations to bring smiles to everyone's faces.
